As October gets closer, so does the time when I have to decide whether I am going to do FoodPlay again or not.
Obviously I loved it, but did I love it enough to watch that show twice a day for another 4 months?

Seniors
Today I volunteered to help take seniors to the State Fair. I was paired up with Jana, who was very talkative and nice. I was nervous because I'm not really good with this kind of thing and didn't know how to act. Jana was SO nice.
One of our conversations:
Jana: You are pretty.
Me: Thanks! You are pretty too.
Jana: :) Not as pretty as you are.
Me: Thanks Jana.
Jana: Are you having a good time?
Me: Yes I am.
Jana: Good. I'm sorry that I'm not paying enough attention to you.
Seriously. So cute. She was looking out for me because my friend who asked me to volunteer told her that I was shy and nervous. When I said goodbye to Jana she was really sweet and said, "I hope we meet each other again." I would've included a picture of the two of us, but when I suggested taking one she utterly refused. So just picture a nice old lady. :)

What does the future hold?

I have no idea what is coming next. It is terrifying, frustrating, and stressful. It is also extremely exciting because there are oh so many wonderful possibilities.
I wanted a perfect ending. Now I've learned, the hard way, that some poems don't rhyme, and some stories don't have a clear beginning, middle, and end. Life is about not knowing, having to change, taking the moment and making the best of it, without knowing what's going to happen next. Delicious Ambiguity.

The video.
Why am I always surprised when I have so much fun at work and LOVE the people I work with? This was a wonderful summer and great friends were made. And as of right now, life does kinda suck without them.
